Between Us: Exploring The Mind & Body

Presented by Alberta Blue Cross and hosted by the Lois Hole Hospital Women's Society, our Between Us talks focus on providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for sharing expert knowledge and discussing important women's health topics.

What's Coming Up

Did you know that about 1.3 million Canadians have risky cancer genes, but more than 90% are not aware of their risk?

Join us for the April session of Between Us to learn more about hereditary cancers straight from Dr. Kelly Dabbs who serves patients of the Allard Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancer (HBOC) Clinic at the Lois Hole Hospital for Women, the only clinic of its kind in Alberta, dedicated to serving patients and families faced with these risky genes.

Learn about the risk assessment and surveillance services the clinic provides to families who are at high risk for developing breast and ovarian cancer. Ask questions about diagnosis, care options and more.
